    I MUST DUNK ( basketball log )

    Making this log mainly for motivation purposes and always open for criticism and advice as I'm new to the basketball scene.

    Started deadlifting yesterday kept it light because i definitely pulled something while playing ball a few weeks ago going to chiropractor this week. Did 6 sets of 15 with 135 lbs.. went straight to kettle ball circuit 4 sets of that.
    Next up Ijumped rope for 30 minutes different variations especially side to side as Ifind that really strengthens my legs and ankles. Last Idid an ab circuit on a yoga ball with a medicine ball.
    Solid workout, Ineed more structure though Iknow I'm a bit lost I've never trained for basketball before.
