Just bought the original blue Rehband sleeves. For those who own them, how have you washed them? Washer and dryer like normal clothes? Or do you just hand wash them and let them air dry?

I've washed and dryed them. I think you're supposed to let them air dry. But it didn't have an adverse effect as far as I can tell.Originally Posted by d-benjamin

Haven't washed them since I purchases them around a month ago. They tend to smell a lot since they are neoprene but some Febreeze usually does the trick. I just give them a spray or to after a training session.

This may sound a little wrong,
But I just take them into the shower with me every few weeks and wash them by hand in there.
I let them drip dry in the shower and leave dry outsideEverything I post is my opinion. However my opinion is based upon things I have done, seen or implemented with others.

i havent washed mine in the 6 months i've had them, and they've been through smolov
i should wash them..

According to an SSPT video:
"You will sweat a lot in neoprene sleeves, and they will start to smell. I suggest you wash them in cold water so they don't shrink. To prolong the life of your sleeves, do NOT place them in the dryer. Turn them inside out and let them air dry."

Sorry for the bump but I'm currently dealing with what I believe is a LCL injury and I bought this sleeve. I'm wondering if there is any issue wearing it past the 4 hours

I wash them maybe once a week... hand wash with water and maybe some soap. No issues. They get tighter than prewash after being dried out.
