just started lifting. i don't take any supplements and as a diet i just eat less and try to eat healthier. im currently training 2 days on 1 day off and my split is chest and arms, shoulders and back, legs and core. i do a little bit of high intensity cardio and not much other than lifting. i just wanted to share my progress so far and would love to hear advice on supplements, diet, training etc. as im fairly new to all of this. thanks everyone.
edit: i estimated by body fat was 30% but i know it may be higher than that, so feel free to correct me and tell me how much you actually think it is
