Has Exhibit A been discussed here?
It's found footage but unlike any found footage I have seen before. Kind of part found footage, part kitchen sink drama. But the realism and maybe relatability is brutal.
Some of you guys will hate this but some of you may love it as well. Watched it on Amazon Prime.
Grind through the first 20 mins. Seems annoying as fukk before getting increasingly disturbing in a very realistic way.

Bloodline is a very good serial killer movie with Stiffler Fromm American Pie. I think I saw it on Hulu. Gave me Maniac vibes kind of
Other good ones that are similar Clovehitch Killer, House that Jack Built, Bad Samaritan, Summer of 84

Not a horror movie but a series, Netflix made a Ju-On series, and it's really good, I suggest you watch it in Japanese with english subtitles because I watched the first episode in english and is was horribly dubbed. Series is very trippy. 7.5/10

It was pretty cheesy and the acting was average. On paper the story sounded alright. I think the biggest problem with these more mainstream quick fixes is they escalate too quickly and have nowhere to go. So the rest of the movie the impact is lost, there's no build up or tension anymore. The ending was facepalm obvious.
Still, 4/10, worth one watch if you're bored.Last edited by EoR; 08-04-2020 at 10:13 PM.

Kidan: Piece of Darkness (Prime) 7/10
It's a compilation of Japanese urban legends, its really good. Some of the stories are really eerie and unsettling, ones are somewhat predictable, still scary non the less, do recommend.***Anime Crew***

"Candyman was originally scheduled to be released in the United States on June 12, 2020, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it has been delayed to October 16, 2020."
I've watched plenty of older horrors too let's see if they do this well. The trailer felt a little cheesy though with odd choices in music. I mean really "Say My Name, Say My Name"?

Ah fuk, that might explain the trailer a bit more.
The simultaneous timeline distortion looks neat, but I hope it's not another underlining "White man did bad" sentiment.
Horror is probably the only genre that's pretty protected from pop politics, that's one of the main draws. Comedy, action, romance, all of those are under siege - action especially.EoR is powered by unique Nanomolecular Hyperdispersion Technology. The Babysitter 2 - couldn't watch more than 20 minutes. The overacting, the forced jokes, the overboard diversity, the wokeness. The first movie was such an under the radar (at first) surprise. This one is a pathetic cash grab. 2/10
Devil - Seen it a few times before. I just love how atmospheric it is. 7.5/10
The Forest of Love - Cold Fish, made by the same guy, is one of my favorite horrors. Mixed feelings about this one. It has some good parts, but overall too drawn out. 6/10
