Ended up watching Come Out and Play last night at work.
Tried finding the original online, but I couldn't find a place to watch it.
The movie was pretty good, but it definitely could have been better.
The kill scenes all sucked, and the kids weren't nearly as creepy as they should have been.
I did really like the ending, and since it wasn't very long, it didn't seem to drag on forever like some movies.

my thoughts on 28 day & Weeks later.
liked the movies, but didn't like anything about the "zombies"
rage virus, OK ill take it with a grain of salt.
20 second incubation period of virus? its a horror movie, dont expect them to keep within laws of science. swallowable.
"zombies" technically aren't dead... 99% of mofo's infected and acting the way they did would be dead of heart attacks/excited delrium after 10 mins of running like they do.
i do take enjoyment of watching the world crumble tho... decent movies overall, but it would be better IMO if they toned down the zombies a lil to make a lil more sense, maybe like zombieland zombies, they dont have to be walking vaginas like walking dead zombies.
thinking about looking for "the stand" miniseries. i rememeber it being on TV when i was a kid & too young to watch it.
but isn't horror, more of an apocolypse flick.++ Positive Crew ++

Not sure about spoilers in this thread so I won't give any details but Dark Skies was pretty awesome.
By far the best scary movie I've seen in theaters in a long time, sure beat the hell out of sinister.I am going to die under a heavy barbell one day and it's going to be f*cking awesome--HamburgerTrain

the only horror movies ive ever liked were ones that featured things that were bizarre, wrong or utterly alien ala the 'eldritch abomination'
that trope captures what im talking about nicely, event horizon is a great example along with a lot of stephen kings work, and house of leaves (despite not being a movie)
recommendations'?

Ever seen an August Underground? It's one of those movies you watch just to say you watched, not really any reason to watch it again. Like Serbian Film, Salo, Men Behind The Sun, Cannibal Holocause, August Underground, Aftermath, Nekromantik, Pink Flamingos, it's a shock/horror movie. Didn't like the way it was filmed and the visuals though.

It was a wtf for what a ****ty movie.
I read a couple reviews beforehand and was expecting something good.
"I just bought a mint copy on eBay for 89.00 including shipping. Worth EVERY penny!! If you have not seen this film, trust me, you MUST. If you have not seen it, believe me, there is NO way you can have an opinion"
Lol okay buddy.
