Terrifier (worth watching)
It Follows (one of my recent favs)
The Axe Murders of Villisca (dont waste your time)
Delirium (meh)
Frankenstein (1931 classic)
The Strangers 2 (i knew it wasn't going to be as good as the first...I was right)
The Thing 1982 (classic remake of a classic)

good stuff. I want to rem-mention Stephanie sionce no one commented - I really liked it and am curious what others think. I can see people not liking it... but it was original and that's rare. And the girl was a great actress for being like 11 or 12

Hereditary. Best horror ive seen in the past 5 years. Ending is a bit dumb but its legit eerie instead of ****gy jump scares.

Couldn't even finish this one. Had so much potential IMO but fell flat. Watch this movie if you wanna see a whole lot of nothing for 10-20 minutes, and then 20 seconds of a person slowly walking towards the main character followed by more nothing for 10-20 minutes.

The creepy-ness factor was crazy for me in this. Great movie!

After a few very subpar AHS seasons I've caught up with Season 8. It's actually not too bad--not great though--but I like the change and current build-up. I re-watched the prequel "THE THING" and as usual I recommend it to anyone who hasn't seen it.

Trailer comments, reviews, google comments, all are raving about this. I am sold, going to check it out. Looks like TV series are doing a better job than movies this year. The only thing that concerned me is the trailer gave me a very pg13 vibe.

For those who have watched their way through ALL of the NOES Freddy Krueger movies, when did the series begin really getting terrible in your opinion? For me, although the 4th movie was cheesy, kinda dumb, it was at least fun to watch with the fights and the surreal nightmare imagery (toilet turning into lift and shooting downward, Joey's "wet dream"). The 5th onwards were diabolical. The remake with Jackie Early Haley was a fail; just felt like your standard post 2000 lacklustre scare-less horror.

Watched 20 mins of that movie and turned it off. Right when the pizza managers head was on sitting in the counter. Looked so fake I had to shut it down.

Gonna see the new Halloween movie Saturday me thinks

I didn't like part 5 or 6, and have mixed emotions about New Nightmare. I love Freddy vs Jason. Hated the remake.

1,3, and 4 are all amaze and part 2 is fun it's own way

Watched it yesterday. Super gory and creepy; kind of reminded me of House of 1000 Corpses. Overall a decent movie for Netflix. 4/5

alright who has seen the new Halloween? I went last night and thought it was great. 8/10 and a respectable addition tot he franchise. I may get reamed here but H2O is still my favorite sequel.

Saw it last Saturday and loved it. Totally a worthy successor. I'm in the "let's just pretend that everything in between '78 and '18 didn't happen" camp, with the exception of Season of the Witch, which stands on its own.

rewatched Sleepaway Camp and Sleepaway Camp 2. Both worth watching/rewatching. Both really hold up well. The humor is so on point. They don't make 'em like this anymore.
