    Steph's Liftin' and Eatin' 5/3/1 BBB Log

    I always figured I didn't have time to really maintain a log. But I started 5/3/1 yesterday using the Boring but Big Assistance plan, so now is a better time than ever to try to get a log started up. This will most likely be a limited Frills log. Post up my lifts for the previous day along with a screenshot of my macros (Because I don't really lift, I eat).. I will occasionally post up progress pics of my fatness and lifting videos when I can get a non-****ty video taken. So without further adieu...

    Squat Day

    Warm Up - 1x5, 135 Lbs
    Warm Up - 1x5, 170 Lbs
    Warm up - 1x3, 205 Lbs

    Work Sets

    Set 1 - 1x5, 220 Lbs
    Set 2 - 1x5, 255 Lbs
    Set 3 - 1x5, 290 Lbs

    Boring But Big Sets

    5x10 - 170 Lbs

    Assistance Work

    Leg Curl - 5x10 100 Lbs

    For the Moment, I am trying to do the program as written, just do the main lift, do the BBB sets and the assistance exercise then leave. However, judging by yesterday's workout, I think I can do more. I will make adjustments throughout the program, possibly adding more fluff exercises (Unless someone with more knowledge thinks I shouldn't).

    Dumbbell Row - 5x10 90 Lbs (Each Arm)

    After doing the workout as written, I felt I still had some gas left in the tank so I did the following

    Weighted Dips

    1x10 - Bodyweight
    3x6 - Bodyweight + 85 lbs
    1x10 - Bodyweight

    I know the weight really isn't heavy yet, but I think I need more volume.. So I may be adding more exercises after the BBB sets and the assistance exercise Wendler suggested..

    Deadlift Day

    Warm Up - 1x5, 150 Lbs
    Warm Up - 1x5, 185 Lbs
    Warm up - 1x3, 225 Lbs

    Work Sets

    Set 1 - 1x5, 235 Lbs
    Set 2 - 1x5, 275 Lbs
    Set 3 - 1x5, 310 Lbs

    Boring But Big Sets

    5x10 - 180 Lbs

    This was the first time since starting this program where I felt fatigued after doing the BBB Sets. Even with the low weight, it was harder than I expected about when I got to the 3rd set of ten. This may be due to the fact I really didn't rest much between any of the sets (warm up, work or BBB sets)

    Assistance Work

    Hanging Leg Raises - 2x10, 3x7.. I tried to do 10 reps on those last 3 sets but I guess fatigue got to me. This was my first time actually doing this exercise, so hopefully next week it will be better.

    I also did some fluff ab exercises

    Yesterday was a rest day, so no workout to post up but here are yesterday's macros



    I normally weigh in on Saturday mornings, here is my current weight..



    Weight gain is slightly stalling. I am currently eating 3,600 cals a day. I will give it a few more weeks. If I haven't gained, then I will up my cals
