    anyone on the misc smoke cigars or cigarillos?

    I used to before I had weed connects and wanted to practice smoking. I really didn't get anything out of it. Then I smoked weed and the first two times were fun but then it just got boring. Then I smoked a cigarette and that didn't do **** either and it ruins gains.

    I enjoy cigars. Cigar and a glass of whiskey by a fire or sitting in my back yard (it's a beautiful wooded area).. It's a celabratory thing more than a regular thing.. Finish a particularly hard semester, get an outstanding job, etc.. that's the time to kick it with whiskey and a cigar. Pipe tobacco is nice too, prefer cigars however.

    FYI it's far different than smoking cigarettes. Cigars you pull into the mouth, not the lungs. You enjoy the aroma and taste more so than the "buzz." There is a buzz, but not much.. whatever nicotine manages to permeate the inside of your mouth and enter the blood stream. Same with pipe tobacco, although you inhale pipe tobacco and the buzz can be outstanding, however nicotine addictions aren't really "my thing."

    Nah it's just because of noob gains. I've decreased in bodyfat while gaining some mass so I'm doing ok. I'm slow bulking. I started out 6 weeks ago at 147 25% now I'm 150 20%. But my first four weeks I was on a 1500 calorie deficit and on keto so I got down to like 130lbs FRAIL. but then I bulked and now I'm at where I'm at lol.
