As the title says, I need some exercises for my lats. I already do pull ups, lat pull downs, and pullovers. I never feel a good burn in them though, and it's been a long time since I've seen major growth in them. Any help?

rack chins, dumbbell rows and weighted pull ups
Lats need a good mind muscle connection. So you should be working on that more than anythinghttp://teamfd.firstdescents.org/2012/fd/tokenspullups/sewell/

i like cable rows, personally. Any rowing movement is good for lat growth. A lot of people like T-Bar rows, too. Your problem may be that you haven't figured out how to activate your lats. Do lat pushdowns on a cable machine for an isolation to figure out how to use them.

Imo pullovers are one of the hardest lat exercises to feel.
Try barbell rows, wide grip and close grip, pull to your belly button, start with a medium weight and work your way up, I first learned lat MMC using a really heavy weight and only a slight lean forward but as I've gotten better I've transitioned into a lighter weight.
I like to do chins as a warm up followed by heavy dumbbell rows, medium barbell rows with a wide grip, and finish off with pullovers with a fairly heavy weight. It works for me, I've gained a lot of weight on my dumbbell rows in a short time.
Important things to remember about the lats:
Keep your back arched like you would for squats or deadlift and shoulders pulled back and down, pinch your shoulder blades together and downward, this ensures your lats are in the right position, if your pelvis tips foreward or you slouch your lats will suffer.
If you're sitting, sit back and put both your arms up like a goal post, upper arms straight out and fore arms facing the ceiling, if your shoulders are pulled back properly your fingers should point straight up, this is how your shoulders should be positioned during lat work.-Crohn's Disease crew
