I've tried researching this but can't seem to get an answer im looking for.
During a 7 day week. When should you add your resting when doing similar muscle groups? For example: Abs, biceps, triceps, chest.
I know the rule is to rest 2-3 days a week however what Im unsure if this should be on alternate days
for example:
Workout Mon, Rest Tues, Workout Wed etc?
Or
Can can you workout out on same muscle group 2 days in a row and have the next 2 days to rest?
