    Advice for lacking hammies

Hey all, first time posting out of the misc. for some genuine advice.

Quick backstory as to how/why etc

-Tore both hamstrings within a few months of one another (1.5 years ago) in separate incidents playing football/soccer (yes most painful moments of my life)
-Wasn't an issue until started lifting and trying to train them in the last few months.
-Notice they are lacking HUGELY, my partner can leg curl 2.5x the weight I can whilst even on my low weight, still feeling sharp pains up my hamstrings.
-Can't do ATG squats since quads can handle the weight, but at the bottom of the movement my hammies give in on me and fail.

In this situation, wut do? Disregard quads and do hamstring isolations such as stiff legged deads till I feel they've 'caught up' to quads?

Would appreciate any advice. Apologies if this posted in the wrong section.

Dewadlifts, leg curls and straight leg deadlifts. For every quad exercise you do in your routine, do two hamstring exercise. Don't skip quads, just focus the other side more for a while.
