Hi Everyone,
Let me start off by saying I am new on this site and loving it!
I am 28 and a mother of a 7 year old, I will say that I am pretty happy with my body but need to tone it up!
I have been going to the gym daily, running, elliptical and Some weight training.
My question is being a female what do I need to take?? I see so much about whey protein, casium and all these other weight loss/ weight gain, what do I need to take?? I do not want to gain/lose any I just want to tone and tighten everything up! There is so much out there and I'm just not sure what I need to intake.

You don't necessarily have to take anything, as long as you get all the "good stuff" lol in you diet! go to the nutrition section read the stickies and figure out your macros. Try cutting back on the cardio and adding some more heavy weight training into your routine. You need more muscle to get the "toned" look you want
