    Is CEE better than monohydrate?

    No loading, bloating, or water retention but ive heard that people sometimes dont respond to it. Just wondering if anyone here has used it and has a preference.

    Yeah man. What this guy said, nothing wrong with it... just a waste of money. Monohydrate is the #1 reccomended type of creatine and honestly I would just go with that.

    But isnt about 1% of monohydrate absorbed into the muscle, while cee is almost completely absorbed? And if they are the same thing, wouldnt cee yield the same results, if not, out perform regular monohydrate?

    The only proven-to-work creatine is monohydrate. Go with something like allmax micronized monohydrate. its 20$ for 200 servings. have had great results over the years with it, while i have also tried CEE and a ton of mix blends. never saw anything different, just a high price tag and fancy packaging.

    but does CEE even work? I thought tests had been done that showed that it breaks down too easily before it even does what its meant to do?
