    Measures (Bicep,claves, quads).

    I'm weight 193 atm.

    Bench: 286(130kg) x 1
    Dead: 440(200kg) x 1
    Squats: 286 (ATG) x 6

    Arms: 16 inches.
    Quads: 24 inches.
    Calves: 15 inches (wtf?).

    So how much do i need to improve my legs to match my arm measure?.

    I don't do one rep maxes but here's my main lifts you had.

    Db press- 95, 95, 95, 100's for 6
    Squat- last time I managed 290 for my last 2 sets of 6 (just below parallel)
    Deads- 380 for 6

    Arms - 17" relaxed (arms on my sides)
    Quads- 26" relaxed
    Calves- 18" relaxed.

    Nice lifts btw!

    I think your looking about right. They say your calves should match your arms. Do you do much isolation work for hams? That can as more bulk to your quads since your clearly squatting/ doing legs.
