Bodybuilding coach
I am new to bodybuilding and nutrition. I am trying to put on 40 pound of muscle while losing 40 pounds of fat.
This being said, I own a 3 bedroom house and have a spare bedroom with a private bath I have been considering renting out.
If someone would be willing to help coach me with weight lifting and maybe nutrition I would be willing to rent the room, private bath, and include all utilities for $100 a month.
I know I can do this on my own but I think I would be much more successful with a mentor.
