    Creatine and liver damage?

    Creatine and liver damage?
Hey guys. I just purchased micrnoized creatine. I've been researching for almost a week straight about this supplement. Most of the videos and things I've read said creatine doesn't harm your liver. Then some do. I also have friends telling me how it ****ed up their body and how they have friends who are doctors that say it does. I'm just really ****ing confused at this point. Can anybody that has used creatine give me legit infromation? Any side effects?

Creatine is fine, and will not cause liver damage in healthy individuals.

No evidence supporting any negative effects of creatine

creatine is perfectly safe, just take 5g per day and drink plenty of water. Your friends are idiots.

I agree creatine is not going to do anything to healthy individuals, especially if you are doing 3-5g per day...

I have seen people doing like 15g and beyond... cannot personally attest to the safety at those levels though.

Even at 15g you just excrete what you don't use. It shouldn't be harmful unless you have a medical condition.
