Here's a guide on what to do from level 3 for the fastest exp in combat skills and most QP without needing high leveled skills. This will get you 27 QP.

Guaranteed levels:

Attack: 34
Strength: 30
Defence: 5
Magic: 5
Hitpoints: 24
Mining: 18
Smithing: 15
Cooking: 20
Fishing: 20
Crafting: 11
Thieving: 11
Prayer: 9

You will most likely end up with some more levels in most of these stats, but these are the lowest levels you will recieve by follow my guide.

Hello! I've written out a short'ish "guide" for quests giving attack, defence and prayer experience on the 07 servers for those out there that want to be a pure.

I've listed the experience gained from the quests aswell as what the quest unlocks, individual quest requirements and full rewards can be looked up elsewhere for those interested.

DEFENCE: 40 defence is 37,221 experience (with some room for spillover)

500 - A Soul's Bane
[no/maybe]600 - In Search of the Myreque (unlocks shortcut to Barrows, requirement for: In aid of the Myreque)
[no/maybe]2,000 - In Aid of the Myreque (allows acces to Burgh de Rott, Temple Trekking, Rod of Ivandis and Gadderhammer)
2,000 - Nature Spirit (Unlocks altar near Barrows, requirement for: Fairytale 1, in Search of the Myreque and Recipe for Disaster subquest)
[no/maybe]2,000 - What Lies Below (tunnel of Chaos, safe way to Chaos altar)
2,812 - The Fremennik Trials ('zerker helm and equivalents, requirement for: Lunar Diplomacy, Olaf's quest, Throne of Miscellania and Fremmenik Isles)
3,075 - Heroes' Quest (unlocks: recharge glory, dbaxe, dmace, requirement for: Throne of Miscellania and Legends' Quest)
18,650 - Dragon Slayer (Allows use of Rune platebody, access to Melzars' Maze and requirement for Heroes' Quest)
20,000 - Accepting Monkey Madess experience reward (unlocks return to Monkey island for 'chinning, bursting and allows full completion of Recipe for Disaster) **
