First time in a year, my boy is now 3.5 months old and before that, obviously couldn't push as hard as I needed.
Ohhhhhhhhh boy, not sure if I'm going to abel to sit on toilet tomorrow. Gawsh it feels so good to do heavy barbell squats againI miss it!!!

Yay, congrats, leg day is killer but so rewarding! And yeah I know that feeling of dreading to sit to go potty all too well, but it's a good hurt.
