did you like it? i bought those flavors (new greek yogurt) the day they were put out at safeway, the lemon one is pretty damn good too. The blueberry one is awesome, so is the dark chocolate raspberry flavor as well. They are never on sale anymore so i just have half a dozen talenti, had german chocolate cake today, not that great and will have the black cherry amarena one tomorrow again.

Do you think in top condition you can take an average build guy out in a ring? (untrained guy)

I loved the fruit passion / pineapple. Blueberry was pretty decent, but I feel that the blueberry taste wasn't strong enough for my liking...but I've had that issue with a lot of ice cream / yogurt. I was going to buy the raspberry but I didn't want to tempt myself more than I already was with 2 pints in the freezer lol. Going to grab up raspberry next time though .

In top condition...it would depend on what we're doing. Amateur boxing, I think I have a good chance. Jiu jitsu or wrestling, most definitely. MMA...if I can keep my chin down and avoid getting kicked / punched / elbowed / kneed to the face and pull off a take down, maybe.

Haha, did not mean it as a taunt. It was awesome at the start being able to eat until full and then some more. Now its getting kinda annoying to plan meals and stuff beyond full every day, might actually start getting some mass gainer shakes, but kinda hoping appetite kicks back in as well.

Anyone else here not really see big water fluctuations with carb intake? Some people can bloat up like 10lbs from a few days with high carbs but I don't see any difference really, maybe 1 or 2lbs. I don't geddit.

One weekend of high carb food plus creatine = 10lb gain for me easy.

If I eat 900-1200 g of carbs in a 36 hr interval preceded by low carb/cals, about six pounds. I generally look a million times better after eating the carbs (leaner and bigger). Creatine for me is a 3-4 lb deal IIRC.

Cousin's wedding. Folks are renting out a house from a relative and offered free lodging should I opt to come, and I decided it would be a good deal. I've been to this area (Kehei) a few times already, so it's not super-novel, but it's pretty relaxing and when I made the decision to go the weather here was pretty chitty (and it's kinda that way right now). Snorkeling is one of my favorite things. Unfortunately, I think I will just miss the Humpback whales. I went in January one year as a kid and seeing them really made the trip.

Yeah i know Serp... ive seen u post about ur carb intakes before. Maybe after i finally finish this cut and bulk for awhile my tdee is go up enough i can justify 400 carbs a day on a cut. But for meow ill stick with my 175-225 a day
