I don't know the exact time but they both seem to get absorbed pretty quickly on their own so I would wait 30-45 minutes to be safe.

Bump. You can check the log on Raganrok. Ragnarok contains Beta-Alanine and taurine and it seems that they are quickly absorbed without any problem since the tingling effect happens rapidly.Originally Posted by naturalguy
