Cable Crunches
3 sets of 15 reps stack
First day back after over a week off due to moving and work schedule. Also, new gym as well so trying to get around and get used to new set-up and modalities. All in all not a bad workout, just very trying. Will get better as I get settled.

Leg Press

Lat Pull-downs (wide grip)
4 sets of 6 reps 175lbs
DB Curls
4 sets of 8 reps 45lbs
Calf Raises (on leg press)
3 sets of 15-20 reps 450lbs
Still getting used to the new gym and set-up. Tweaked the left side of my traps during Deads, something to keep an eye on since its been happening often. I do need to get in and get a deep tissue massage someday soon (its been forever since Ive had one). Also, need to get an adjustment as well .body maintenance lol. Leg Press is going to be built back up due to tightness in my thighs as well.

DB Bench Press
4 sets of 8 reps 95lbs
Standing Military Press
3 sets of 8 reps 115lbs
Tricep Pushdowns (Rope)
3 sets of 10 reps 150lbs
Barbell Shrugs
3 sets of 10 reps 315lbs
Ab Tri-set (Cable crunches, wood chops & Leg Raises)
3 sets of 15-30 reps weights vary on exercise
Pre-Workout was a scoop and a half of Hemavol, scoop of Cit/Mal and L-Carnitine. Used Compete intra. Overall pretty good workout. Pretty much getting used to new set-up and routine. Should start seeing some increases very soon. Only issue was traps due to tweaking them the day before doing deads.

Got up and back to my early morning workout (which I prefer, but life has nade it hard to do so), and had a pretty good session. Went up on a few exercises, which is always nice. Still some slight discomfort in my traps (left side), but didnt really hinder me.

Missed a few workout updates over the past few days. Its hard to find time to hit my daily journal when Im busy w/ staying up on others lol. Not a bad workout, still trying to build my strength back up since my break and fatigue issues. Im happy with how its coming along, should be back up to par soon. Switched Standing military w/ DB Shoulder Press (I will still do Standing military on second workout). Am having some pretty painful discomfort in my elbows (between elbow and bottom of tris). Well see how the next session goes, if still there, may switch it up a bit maybe go to close-grip bench for a bit.Until next time have a great weekend .

Have you had an x-ray on your elbow yet. Mine are always in pain too because of the bone spurs. To get the rid of the pain, I will to have the bone spur to be sand down.
Kill it in your upcoming session brotha.If motivation comes in a liquid form, it would be dripping off my fingers tips.

Overall a pretty good workout. Went up in a few and Deads went very well! Still on that damn arm plateau cant seem to bust out of it stuck on bis for some time now. Ill get past it soon. Threw in a couple pics of progress (2 weeks into my bulk phase)
