    PT test coming up in 2 days, what's the best way to prepare for it? (nutrition-wise)

    I have a PT test in 2 days. I'm going to pass it guaranteed because it's easy as phuck (waist measurement, max sit-ups/push ups in one minute, 1.5 mile run) but I want to try to destroy this test. What should I do as far as nutrition or increasing my cardio/endurance last minute? Anything from food to supps to last minute exercises. Measlies for help

    It would still be in your muscles/system and help when your muscles run out of ATP for energy. (yes, it would help)

    I never really take pre-workouts, maybe a sip of a monster or something but that's it. Also, make sure you're hydrating the days before and get a good night's sleep.
