Can you post your leg routine for both offseason and contest prep?

My leg days are simple but absolutely brutal. All i do is squat, leg press and extensions. I do 10 sets of squat at 135, sets of 18. Deep squats. 6 sets of 400 - 500 lbs leg press for sets of 25 and then i end with 3 sets of 50 reps on leg extentions at whatever i can handle. My leg days are prolly one of the hardest of the week
