oh yenno a variation of bars from cambered to football to standard, metal and bumper plates, squat racks, benches, platforms, blocks, deficit platforms, pretty much everything strongman, crossfit is also taught there so theres conditioning shiet, a rig, rings etc

We actually just signed up the #1 female 132 uspa raw classic lifter in ca as well as the 198 uspa raw classic total leader in ca

I'm leaving to SD this Saturday. Gonna have a fun trip and take about a week to get there.

I still need to get my utilities and chit set up. You brahs recommend any particular companies? Which ones should I steer clear of?

hows that sycamore 24? i go to the worlds around the corner but the hours just don't work for me sometimes with my schedule and i'd need to go after 9 or 10pm, been thinking about getting a membership at 24 too

probably deserted at that hour right? all i really need is a squat rack, benches and DBs for my routines

gets overly busy during the rush hour but late nights there isn't more than a handful of people there.

The new 24 hour super sport is being built over on the carlsbad/oceanside border. but gotta pay dem upgrade fees or get grandfathered in somehow

Monday-Friday: 4:30 to 7:30 avoid. Just like the traffic
