    I have a hard time eating allot as well I found eating smaller portions more often worked for me you eat faster so it feels less of a chore I make protein, calorie bars with roughly 350 calories each and carry 5 around which I munch on every hr or so I have bread and peanut butter in my car to make a sandwich or 2 between meals and the bars an HR before and after the in between meals example. 6am breakfast, 7:30am - bar, 9am - sandwich, 10:30am - bar, 12pm - lunch, 2pm bar, 3:30pm sandwich 5pm bar, 7pm dinner, 8pm casein protein shake before bed. And that's similar to what I do.
