    some questions on XFA and current supplements I am already running, 3.4k+reps

    Alright so I am going to start running XFA tomorrow and I have a few questions about supplements I can and can not take with it.

    Current Supplements:
    Orange tirad - I have heard that you either shouldn't take it or dose furthest away as possible. Any clarification on how far away? Should I still take 6 caps or just 3?
    Fish Oil - I am guessing the same as OT as I have read either drop the fish oil or dose real low far away from XFA dosing? I usually take 8 grams of fish oil a day since I really do not like seafood, should I dose it maybe 1-2 caps or how many is too much? Or does it matter what percent of the fish oil is EPA/DHA? 2 soft gels is a combined 600mg of EPA/DHA for my current fish oil.
    Magnesium - I take it for health benefits and because it helps reduce cramping from my ADD meds. It also has anti-inflammatory benefits(kinda) would it be okay to take? I take 800mg of it a day.
    Iforce Joint help - I just recently received it to use it instead of anti-inflammatory's when needed, it says it does not focus on COX-2 so I am going to assume it is okay to take along with XFA, but if someone with more knowledge on that could help I would appreciate it.
    TTA-500 - Haven't read anything against it an have seen a few logs with people either running TTA-500 or DCP with XFA and was wondering how people like it alongside XFA and if it has any interaction at all?

    Other than those I use white flood V2, hemavol or alpha pump black which I know are all okay with XFA. Also I am going to be running LCLT along with GMS either from bulk powder or Hemavol.

    Thanks

    OT isn't recommended with AFA if you must take it space the dosage as far as possible

    I'd stick with 3gs of Fish oil and space it away as well.

    XFA already contain magnesium

    not sure about Iforce Joint help sorry

    TTA-500 should be fine with XFA watch out for the water retention tho.

    I tried XFA dosing my anti-inflam./joint as far away as possible and it sucked.

    I am now doing XFO and completely dropped everything other than GMS/LCLT/TTA and the gains are simply incredible.

    I've read the XFA is better on the joints, I don't really need to use iforce joint help right now I can just tough it up and use ice and heat and stretch alot. Is XF really that much better than XFA? I dosed my first time today with and felt like a fukin tank in the gym idk if placebo or not but it was intense nonetheless. I dosed 500mg of TTA(1cap) 4 XFA caps, 5g of GMS and 2g of LCLT with 1 scoop of white flood, 2 scoops of alpha pump, 10g of BCAA, 2g of BA and roughly 3-5g of creatine
    pre-workout.

    IMO, yes. XFO > XFA.

    I'm doing 1.5g ArA (6 caps) + 3sc GlycerGrow (6g GMS) + 1g TTA-500 (2 caps) + 2g LCLT.

    Yes, my joints hurt a little bit but it's not debilitating by any means. I'd rather tough it out than take any joint support.

    My problem is though, I am recovering for a back injury and my back can get extremely inflamed in fact it has gotten so inflamed it has pushed my shoulder almost out of the socket, when I went to the emergency room(my dad made me go because he thought my shoulder was out of its socket and didn't want to push it in himself) they told me they've never seen anyone's back that inflamed. Anyway it has gotten allot better and I already had 2 bottles of 200 count XFA so I'm not about to go out and buy XF. I mean XFA will surely still do the job..I have seen some good reviews on it.

    I'd still refrain from using OT, fish oil and any other joint support despite the advice to dose it far away for the length of the cycle.

    Will do man, I was just pointing out why I will not switch to XF opposed to XFA because I need any benefit I can get. How long have you been using X-Factor and what have the results been so far bro, I know you said good but any specifics?

    Yeah, definitely give XFA a whirl. I think it didn't work for me because I was taking joint support and all that.

    Well, today marks the end of week 5. I'm running it 5 more weeks. But as of right now:

    Weight -> +3 lbs
    Bench -> +15 lbs
    Squat -> +25 lbs
    OHP -> +20 lbs
    Power Clean -> +25 lbs
    Deadlift -> +30 lbs

    Congradulations man, looks like your definitely making some really nice progress. I have the 200 count of XFA so I can run it for 50 days straight dosing everyday or dosing on only workout days which would be about 4-5 days a week depending on a few things like how my back is and school. Which would let me run it for 10-12.5 weeks, which set up would you do man?

    Thanks for the words of encouragement. Definitely PWO only on workout days.

    First time running, I would do 4 caps (and the TTA/GMS/LCLT) 45-60 minutes preWO.

    What is great about XFA is that it already has the fish oil and magnesium at ideal dosages to compliment the arachidonic acid.

    Everything else looks fine for the most part, taking two potent joint supps along it is less than ideal though. I would stick to one or the other.

    Haven't taken either yet man(joint help or OT). I was thinking about maybe taking OT at 3 caps(half serving) at night or just not taking either, could you she some light on what you would personally do?

    Yep, I lift in the evening. So I would take 3 when I wake up and 3 a couple hrs after my workout.

    yea anti inflam. would do ArA less effective. protein synthesis is activated due to prostanglandins (ara/aa the starting material to make the various prostanglandins /PGs) so,taking anti inflam. supplements/medicine would reduce PGs,and that would reduce the effect. therefore OG XF would be better for the results

    Great thread right here. I have taken XFA with great success a year ago. At first I I didn't notice much, but then somebody on here suggested having it on an empty stomach 45 minutes pre and to cut out fish oil and what a difference that made. All of my lifts went up and I added enough muscle for people to notice a difference. I am going to run some XF in about a week and wanted to get the most out of this incredible supplement.

    1. What component of Orange Triad is bad to mix with XF? I use NOW Adam Multi and was hoping I can continue to take it along with the XF.

    2. Do people who have success with XF or XFA cut out fish oil completely? Is it bad to cut out fish oil for a two month period?

    ADAM is a great choice and wont be a problem, it is the joint complex in OT (which adam doesnt have) that many like to avoid while on XF/XFA.

    I would keep fish oil under 3g, or perhaps look into X-Factor Advanced which has both fish oil and arachidonic acid.

    I was under the impression that XFA wasn't as effective as XF, no?

    Also, I take Black Seed Oil (Black Currant Oil) for overall health. Does this have to be avoided while taking the XF? or is it just fish oil that you can't have with it?
