So I"ve had the idea for a few weeks since I bought Coconut Oil, knowing it can easily be a solid and liquid and it doesnt taste bad just eating it raw. So this idea popped in my head when I was making keto ice cream with Whey and heavy whipping cream.
No joke guys, this taste 100% like Vanilla ice cream.
I took 3 servings of coconut oil, melted, and combined it with 4 servings of Heavy Whipping Cream. Mixed it all together, and put it in the freezer. It froze after 30 mins. I waited till next day, and melted it a bit to become just a tad bit liquid y. I then barely added half a table spoon of stevia and mixed it all about. WOW it taste exactly like Vanilla Ice Cream. Its defiantly a quick way to get in fat. The macros were 560-0-2-62. I always add at least .5 carbs to Heavy Whipping Cream cause the macros never add up.

Did you put any vanilla extract in it? Otherwise I can't see how it would taste like vanilla ice cream at all though it might have an ice cream like texture. As is, it should taste slightly like coconut from the coconut oil.
