I'd say I drink probably 4-25 beers per outing . Drink I'd say 4+ times/week on avg. I need to stop. Difficult when it's very social. And it's literally why I drink. I'm social in the gym and other walks of life. Smoke lots of MJ too...like....lots. ha. Even munchies on top of beer/liquor and still ripped. wtf? am i human srs

Health wise does not help. brb got a full blood panel done 3 weeks ago...cholesterol up a bit all else in normal to above normal range including test. liver values good

calorie (carb wise) liquor is better. still a poison. would rather smoke cannabis cause i meet cooler ppl esp sexy black chics.....just sayin misc. pretty cut and drink almost every night
