I do think people overstate the effects of alcohol on gains, especially in young people. I know plenty of people who have gotten jacked in college while drinking heavily 2-4 times a week

I'd say I drink probably 4-25 beers per outing . Drink I'd say 4+ times/week on avg. I need to stop. Difficult when it's very social. And it's literally why I drink. I'm social in the gym and other walks of life. Smoke lots of MJ too...like....lots. ha. Even munchies on top of beer/liquor and still ripped. wtf? am i human srs
