This has really peaked my interest, but I've never done a contest before, and I cant remember the last time I did an OHP. I think I know what I want to try next session at the gym. Lol. Is it worth trying with only a month left? I currently weigh 158 and when I do my upper body routine I do 3 sets of presses, 8 reps each, of 60 pounds (two 30 pound dumbbells). I've never tried to see what my 1 rep max might be, though. Thoughts?
Love all the vids posted. Wish you all worked out at my gym. I'm the only heavy female lifter there that I know of. I've never seen another woman lift heavy at my gym. They must all be hiding or they don't work out in the mornings or something.

Nice fight lol. All that really matters is you got that weight up. I damn near dropped 225 on my head 3-4 times the first time i got it up
Expecting you girls to put up some impressive vids. Beatha gave you a chance when she started from such an awkward starting position. Better take advantage now before she finds a power/squat rackYou would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.
