Erick I don't get that mindset either... particularly the term "natural" when people will take tons of synthetically produced supplements. Creatine in amounts much larger than would normally be in your diet is natural but testosterone 20% above the normal range is not. Taking a powder to spike your insulin post workout is natural but injecting insulin is not... unless you are a diabetic then it is natural. Sense it makes not.

lol @ bodybuilding being hard.
Its probably one the easiest "sports" there is when compared to any real sport.
If you think you can put being a bodybuilder on the same level as being a wrestler/olympiclifter/gymnastics/any real sport that requires hard work, you're an idiot.
brb, not eating and getting lean....... ya okay.... so hard.

Don't even bother giving OP any attention; just neg him and let him drown in his ignorance. It's become blatantly obvious that he is just rustling jimmies in order to gather material for his newest documentary.
Let him go film kai greene and his grapefruits. Can hardly wait until the next vid

I like the part where Mike and Dave talk about how the only reason why his ass isn't kicked on stage by these bodybuilders we've posted in here is because he sticks a needle full of illegal substances in his thigh all the time.

The hilarious part is that natty bbers like Berto, ogus, cohn, robbie etc. acheive better conditioning than bros like Dave do LOL talk about a slap in the face
"The "anecdotes" are disingenuous because they do not include the actual "special" supplements taken let alone an indication that the diet timing and composition advocated are largely predicated on the use of those "special" supplements.
Why don't you and your brother speak honestly and truthfully about the "special" supplements when discussing IFBB pros?" ~Wonderpug
