    Edit: great read OP, lots of good info in there. Just a couple of quick questions, during my back days I normally just T-bar rows. I haven't done Pendlay rows or bent over rows in awhile, actually I was always pretty weak at them. Should I add in one more rowing movement? Btw I'm already doing all the other movements you mentioned in your back day template.
    You can use the cable machine and perform wide grip rows to chest as a good alternative but i like to have either Pendlay or bent over always find great gains from them
