    4th Edition ACE manual

I bought the ACE Manual 4th edition in 2011. I never got to take the exam because I moved and then started preparing for nursing school in 2012. I have been recently looking at my manual and thinking about taking the exam, but am I able to pass with the 4th edition only? I'm a registered nurse currently, so I'm not too concerned with the anatomy portion.

I would say yes. The ACE manuals haven't changed much in 20 years.
