I've played with my weight and other factors, and I don't really see any reason anybody needs to weigh much more than 200, ever, for any reason.
I've seen ridiculous feats of strength performed in the 190-200 range by guys of varying height, and I myself have made enough progress in that direction that I at this point flat out deny the necessity of becoming 250 and strongfat, and I strongly recommend against becoming that way for health reasons.

I'm 6'3 196 lbs. Most muscular would be around 240-250lbs according to Reeve's formula. BUT for athletes I'd say it depends on your body type and what sport you're playing. When I was 180lbs I was ALOT faster but I always felt I needed to weigh more for looks because I had wide shoulders and a flat chest at the time. Now I'm much stronger but my sprint is not as fast as it was.

This is all opinion. I would love to look like Matthew Fox in Alex Cross, but some would say that is too skinny. When you see a body you wish too have you'll know it, at that point it's just mimicing whatever that guy did to acheive the results you desire. And never worry about getting too big, that's retarded, and is likely to never happen.

Put in your measurements, using your ideal bodyfat(10-12% would be pretty good looking and maintainable) and then take about 85% of your maximum bulked bodyweight. These calculations are based on sizes of natural bodybuilders at their peak.
Quote about the maximum potential calculations:
In reality, it will take years of dedicated, productive training for most genetically typical trainees to even approach these predictions. Most people, including champions, will never achieve this level of development throughout all of their muscle groups - and measurements taken at higher body fat levels do not reflect true muscular development. If you reach 95% of most of these predictions - in lean condition - you will stand out in almost any gym. In fact, 95% represents good lifetime goals for most genetically typical, drug-free trainees. At a lean 90% you'd look like a fitness model.

I'm 6'2" 198 at 13%bf (bod pod test last week) Personally I think I would look really great at 200lbs and 8-10%bf so thats what I am aiming for. Just keep lifting and putting on muscle, you aren't going to wake up one morning and be crazy big as it takes a lot of hard work so as you gradually become bigger and bigger you can figure out what your ideal physique/weight would be for yourself

I'd say 200 lbs at around 10% BF. I mean, you aren't huge or anything, but would clearly look quite fit. That's pretty much my goal... to pack on about 15-20 lbs of muscle and trim down the BF.
It's a subjective question though. People have different opinions on what is ideal. I'd almost prefer to look at lift stats. One of my goals is to squat 300 lbs, which I imagine will happen once I get that extra 15-20 lbs of muscle.
