    17 year old trying to bulk - Help

    Keep in mind that i'm in high school and teachers dont really let me eat or drink in class, i have to be sneaky

    Breakfast (7am): 16oz whole milk
    Lunch (11am): School cafeteria food, random meals everyday, but an estimate would be that its around 500 calories + water bottle
    Gym (4:00pm): I go to gym with an empty stomach literally starving
    Post workout: (5:30pm) - 1000 calories. (2-3 tsp peanut butter, 15oz whole milk, 2 scoops of mass tech)
    Dinner (8pm): Depends on what my mom makes, can range anywhere between 500-700 calories.
    Before bed: 16oz whole milk

    i'm 17years old and weigh 118lb im trying to gain weight. Any suggestions on what i should eat and when? once again keep in mind i have to spend 8 miserable hours at school practically starving..

    Disregard meal frequency, eat when you can.

    I wouldn't worry about a meal plan per se with your stats. I would just eat big ass meals & making sure you get protein in all of them and eat a variety of veggies and fruits.

    Read the stickies to get yourself an idea of how much you should eat. Don't worry about meal frequency, but eat when you are hungry and it's convenient. Use something like myfitnesspal to keep track of how much you are eating so you can make sure you are getting enough protein and calories.
