    9 Rounds Gyms

I know a lot of people around here are ditching the gyms and personal trainers for a place called 9 Rounds, which is apparently a rapidly growing chain. It's mostly cardio circuits/boxing from what I can tell. They say you can pay $29 per month and get unlimited access to a personal trainer. Sounds like there's got to be a catch somewhere. Does anyone know much about these gyms?

They are only 30 min sessions. It's like cross fit but open gym. Looks as though there is just a trainer there. Kinda like a Cross fit coach or trainer, they just sit back and watch while your perform the 30 min workout. If you watch the youtube video everyone is off doing their own thing. I could be wrong though.

Anything new is good. Shouldn't be much of a threat to traditional training.
