    Triceps - Outer head

    Whats a good tricep routine to target the outer head? Mine are lacking so much.

    maybe im saying it wrong, but heres what im talking about

    Kickbacks and rope cable extensions. They should be done properly though, that is proper form is needed.

    scullcruhser
    kick back (parallel the arm with floor)

    long head
    dips(bar or bench)
    sculclruhserbehind head
    triceps extension behind head dumbell or barbell
    pull downs
    kick back but the arm above parallel

    Also,decline close grip activates more long head and decline sculclruser more outer head and the reverse...

    Focus on standard presses and pressdown movements (bench press, dips, pressdowns, etc).

    Cheesey name but excellent point. Form, form form. Have to remember to drop the ego then drop the weight otherwise all we do is cheat with our stronger back and shoulder muscles.
