Whats a good tricep routine to target the outer head? Mine are lacking so much.

outer head
close girp bench press
scullcruhser
kick back (parallel the arm with floor)
long head
dips(bar or bench)
sculclruhserbehind head
triceps extension behind head dumbell or barbell
pull downs
kick back but the arm above parallel
Also,decline close grip activates more long head and decline sculclruser more outer head and the reverse...
