No time to post my review now (crazy at work), but I just pushed and pulled my prowler. I'm waddling around the office, as my legs are so damn full of blood I can't walk like a normal human.
Endurance was great today. Will update further later + science!

Days 3-5 (Friday Cardio + Saturday Full Body Hell)
I apologize for the lack of update this weekend guys. I ended up bartending all night Friday (I go right from my day job). Was there until 2AM and went to to sleep the moment I got home. I was up at 7AM to workout on Saturday morning. Just a little below about what I did the past few days:
Friday: Prowler Work: What a workout this was. I FINALLY found an indoor place to push the prowler that is Astroturf. Best stuff on earth for me to push that devil of a machine. I usually push it on grass which is insanely difficult. Also the resisitance varies every few yards based on how thin/thick the grass is, along with spots of dirt and what-not. the gym I go to doesn't have a place to push it, so I was able to work out a deal to keep it at a local Solider-Fit facility. In turn I let the owners use it for themselves in the evening. The workout was:
40 Yard Mid/High Push - 180 Pounds - 6 Rounds with 1 Minute of Rest Between Rounds
40 Yard Harness Pull - 180 Pounds - 6 Rounds with 1 Minute of Rest Between Rounds
40 Yard Backwards Pull - 90 Pounds - 6 Round with 30 Seconds of Rest Between Rounds
The workout was just amazing. I usually only do a total of 10-12 Rounds, but I was at work early on Friday, so I decided I would take an extended lunch. To say that I was drenched in sweat would be an understatement. I will rate endurance below, but it was HIGH. My workout saturday looked like:
Saturday - All exercises done for 10-20 Reps, 3 Deep Breathes, then ~1/2 those reps, 3 Deep Breathes, then 1/2 those reps. I do a "set" of Chest, then a "set" of back, then a "set" of legs, with no rest between exercises. I cycle again through the same exercises with little to no rest. I then do a 20 rep set of clean and presses, followed by calves (High Rep), followed by forearms. I then rest for 3 minutes, pick new exercises for chest/back/legs and cycle through twice and repeat the auxillary exercises. Finally, I pick 3 more and complete those 2 times through as well for a total of 6 times through. If this doesn't make sense please let me know and I will try to be clearer. The goal here is not to go to failure, but rather deplete glycogen. Only the last reps of the set should even approach failure.
Bench - 135 Poundsx15,8,4 (x2)
Pulldowns - 130X15,8,4 (x2)
Leg Press - 270X20,10,5 (X2)
Clean and Press Rep Out with 95 Pounds (x1)
Machine Incline - 100X15,10,5 (z2)
Cable Row - 50X20,15,10 (x2)
Leg Press (Close Feet) - 320X15,10,5 (x2)
Clean and Press Rep Out with 95 Pounds (x1)
Cable Fly - 115X15,10,5 (x2)
Machine High Row - 115X15,10,5 (x2)
Leg Extension - 115X20,10,5 (x2)
Leg Curl - 80X15,10,5 (x2)
Clean and Press Rep Out with 95 Pounds (x1)
Pumps - 9/10
The pump in my legs on Friday was out of this world. I literally could not walk correctly. Doing the prowler tends to do that to a degree anyways, but the Potassium Nitrate multiplied the effect. I don't think my hamstrings have ever been that pumped and full of blood. There really isn't anything more to say than that Tropinol produces some awesome pumps. Pump for Friday was a 10/10.
Saturday is a bit harder for me to judge, because I was DEPLETED almost completely, so I wasn't able to achieve the pump that would be possible if I had a decent amount of glycogen in my system. I can definitely tell that the pumps were better than last week without the Tropinol, so that is a definite positive, but when I am that dry and depleted it just isn't going to be the same. It still had an effect though.
Endurance - 10/10
Whether or not this from the Tropinol or a combo of the Tropinol + some adaptation, my endurance was off the chart the past few days. Friday it was clearly evident and Saturday much more. I started Saturday at the gym playing raquetball with my buddy from 8-9AM. I then completed my entire workout + Auxillary work in an hour and a half with minimal breaks. I felt like I could have kept going, but knowing what being depleted feels like, I knew that I didn't need to overdo it. After working out, I took a 15 minute break to strectch and do some abs. After cooling down a bit, I played another hour of raquetball. I could have worked out for another hour, but I had to take my girlfriend out for lunch. Suffice to say, Endurance was AMAZING.
Strength - 8/10
I was definitely able to add more reps to everything for my Saturday workout. I attribute it more to an endurance effect, as the reps were pretty high, but undoubtedly stregnth was increased as well. I will be able to more accurately judge this today during my Back/Chest workout with my low-rep training.
Body Composition - N.A
I still hesitate to rate this yet and probably won't until 2 weeks or so in. As the week progresses I become drier and leaner, but that is mostly a function of <50 grams of carbs per day. I know the rate I can lose fat on this diet without the Tropinol, so after a few weeks I should be able to judge its contribution.
Mood/Energy/Agression - 10/10
Not quite sure if this is from the tropinol or not, but Mood and Energy picked up noticeably from Friday on. I was a bit sluggish earlier in the week, most likely due to fat adaptation. As the diet progresses it should become easier/quicker to adapt each week. My thoughts/hopes are that Tropinol will aid in energy/mood throughout the week and make the adpatation process easier. This week should be a better test of that than last, as the ingredients have now had some time to build up in my system. I will keep a close eye on this, as I believe it to be one of the most important benefits of a test booster/anabolic formula.
That is it for the weekend. I am working again tonight at the restaurant, but if I get off early enough I will get my update from my Chest/Back workout in today. Hope everyone's weekend was great!

Deadly describes it rather perfectly.
Thank you Vaughn. Really liking the direction this is heading.
Yes, you are absolutely missing something. It is without a doubt the best conditioning tool I have ever used. Along with a Tire and a Sledgehammer, the prowler can make men look like boys in mere minutes. I was able to track down one from a welder on Craigslist located in southern PA (about an hour and a half from Bethesda, MD). Awesome dude and he will build ANYTHING for you for about 1/2 the price of what you could buy it for anywhere else.NSCA-CSCS and CPT

Day 6 - Chest + Back
I was able to grab a quick workout at lunch today. Did chest/back supersets as I normally do on Mondays. The workout is below with increases in parentheses:
Bench - 175X8 (+2 Reps), 175X8 (+2 Reps), 185X6 (+10 Pounds - Equal Reps)
Pullups - +20x10,10,8,8 (Same weight, but +4,4,2,2 reps per set respectively)
DB Bench - 70X15,13 (+5 Pounds and +5,3 Reps per set)
Cable Row - 130x15,12 (Equal Weight, +5,2 Reps per set)
Low Cable Cross - 20X15,15 (These are done with a 4 Second Eccentric, 2 Second Concentric, and a full contraction and 2 second hold at top. BRUTAL).
Close Grip Cable Row - 100X25 (+10 Pounds and +5 Reps)
Pumps - 10/10
As expected at this point, pumps were easily the best I have had yet. I really loaded up on carbs this weekend, so I was expecting an increase vs. last week. Still however, I was taken by surprise when my warmup had succeeded in pumping me up before I even began on the bench. I warmup with Rotator work, band pull-aparts, face pulls, pushups, and low rep bodyweight pullups. Needless to say, my muscles were full the entirety of the workout. As I type this now (+1 Hour Post), I am still strecthing out my now tight shirt. Vascularity was also up today. Finally starting to come back to me as I lose some bodyfat and the Tropinol takes effect.
Endurance - 10/10
Although the workout today doesn't really test endurance persay, I could tell I had more than enough energy to do my workout and more. I could have easily done the entire thing again, but being a bit older and wiser than I used to be, I know when I have sufficiently stimulated the muscle. Seeing as today is mostly about maitaining strength/mass, I went in and did what I needed to do and got out in less than 45 minutes. I will say that I took shorter rest periods today compared to last week. Additionally, with the decreased rest periods strength and endurance were still up. That's a win for me.
Strength - 10/10
When the weight and/or reps on every single exercise increases, with shorter rest periods, I really can't rate strength anything less than a 10. That says it all.
Body Composition - N.A
Mood/Energy/Agression - 9/10
Again, this is a bit difficult to rate at this point, but I'm thinking the Icariin is definitely helping in the agression arena. At this point the Fadogia also seems to be kicking in, which in concert with the Icariin should definitely provide some mood lift and focus/agression. I will give this a few more days before I say anything definite, but all I know is that I was zoned in today, so something is certainly going on.
That's it for the workout today. I'm hoping to post up some more of the research I have, but work must be done first (If only this was my job!).

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:
This study examined the effect of forskolin on body composition, testosterone, metabolic rate, and blood pressure in overweight and obese (BMI > or = 26 kg/m(2)) men.
RESEARCH METHODS AND PROCEDURE:
Thirty subjects (forskolin, n = 15; placebo, n = 15) were studied in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study for 12 weeks.
RESULTS:
Forskolin was shown to elicit favorable changes in body composition by significantly decreasing body fat percentage (BF%) and fat mass (FM) as determined by DXA compared with the placebo group (p < or = 0.05). Additionally, forskolin administration resulted in a change in bone mass for the 12-week trial compared with the placebo group (p < or = 0.05). There was a trend toward a significant increase for lean body mass in the forskolin group compared with the placebo group (p = 0.097). Serum free testosterone levels were significantly increased in the forskolin group compared with the placebo group (p < or = 0.05). The actual change in serum total testosterone concentration was not significantly different among groups, but it increased 16.77 +/- 33.77% in the forskolin group compared with a decrease of 1.08 +/- 18.35% in the placebo group.
DISCUSSION:
Oral ingestion of forskolin (250 mg of 10% forskolin extract twice a day) for a 12-week period was shown to favorably alter body composition while concurrently increasing bone mass and serum free testosterone levels in overweight and obese men. The results indicate that forskolin is a possible therapeutic agent for the management and treatment of obesity.
****************Comment: I just typed this up twice with pulled results from the paper. Both times the forum didn't post the reply and I lost everything. Having spent an hour on it, I decided to just post the study this time and let ya'll check out the link if you are interested in the specifics. The results are definitely impressive and some of the discussion will help to understand exactly how Forskolin works via cAMP. The dosage was 500mg of 10% extract per day (250mg twice). That makes for 50 mg of pure forskolin per day. With the 20% extract in Tropinol, only 250mg would be needed to match this dose. I believe this dose is easily matched and probably exceeded in Tropinol. Perhaps in the 300-350mg range.NSCA-CSCS and CPT
