About 4 Months ago I was at the Campus Gym, benching about 80% when I came down with the bar my right shoulder had an intense pain almost like it wanted to quit working.
I immediately got the bar up with the help of a friend and stopped lifting as soon as i felt the pain.
I had a plan when I came to college that I would finally get back in shape.
So 4 months later,Ive been to a doctor that took some x-rays and sent me to physical therapy for 4 weeks. and Anti-inflams
Now after two months of physical therapy, it was getting better (they said I have an impinged bicep tendon) but I am not so sure about this.
It just keeps coming back in little amounts with a very strange pain. I can always feel the pain if i FLEX my shoulder hard.
Ive been stretching some and doing some rotator cuff strength exercises. I cant afford to go back to PT because anymore so I guess im on my own.
I would really like to start lifting again but its looking like I may never touch weights again.
Apparently my shoulder was sitting in the wrong position and able to pinch my bicep tendon and it finally irritated it too much.
I can link this to happening because I used to lift a lot then started again but im guessing I went too fast and my rotator cuff was too weak.
Has anyone made it though a similar situation? What did you do? Whats your take on my situation?

Shoulder Problems Please help
Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength.

The pain got less but its always still there if I move my shoulder weird, it has never ever become more apparent but it does seam like sometimes its not going to get better, like just certin movements make it feel all ****ty.
In the beginning I will say I did not give it as much effort as i should have, but since then ive given it 100%
Im looking for people that have went through the same thing as I have and how they fixed it.Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength.
