Weightless has become harder over the years. I'm trying to get to at least 15% body fat by summer. I'm at about 25 now. Will eating fruit help me? My maintence is about 2400 cals eating around 1700-1800. I assume weight loss stopped because of a plateuo but idk. Any insight?

Fruits and vegetables are calories. Eat less calories and you'll lose weight. Whether this is includes fruits and vegetables is totally up to you, but don't think that switching to 3000 calories of apples a day is going to do anything but give you cavities.
I find a lot of green veggies to be very filling for their calories, though.

The basic rules don't change, no matter how old you are. You were probably more active at 19 than you are now, and certainly had a greater metabolism. These factors and others may have made it easier to lose weight, but all that means is that you now have to do more work to create and maintain a deficit.

Yes, cutting too low is a bad idea. what's your height and weight now?
It may be that your bodyfat is lower than you think, and you simply don't have the lean body mass to look how you think "lean" looks. Are you weight training? At 19, you may benefit from raising your calories some and putting on some muscle.
