I'm just looking for any input on the best protein for the buck it must be a mix of whey and casein and low in calories. Thanks

I believe you're describing Trutein. It is a blend of 40% whey, 40% casein, and 20% egg white. 115-120 calories per serving with 23-25 grams of protein, depending on flavor. Agreed, my baking/cooking always comes out perfectly when using Trutein, and I haven't found a protein that works nearly as good. The flavor of Trutein is also bold enough, that it shines through in whatever you are making as well - Trutein pancakes are a staple for me, and I always love to change up the flavors.
