    Need help with SL routine

I decided I'm going to start SL today. Jw, what should I start my lifts as, my current lifts are Bench: 275X7 (in the summer I could do 315X3 while being able to do 275X7 but I havent gone that heavy in a while), Squat 330X5, Dl: 495X4, OHP: Like 150X4-5
I'm not sure what I row because I haven't done it in a while but I would rather replace it with weighted chin ups which is like bw+90X5. Would this make much of a difference on the program?
I'm thinking about doing like 2-3 sets of BW dips on bench day, 2-3 sets of bw chins on DL day and calves everyday. Ill-advised?

Also do I maintain the same weight throughout each 5 sets each workout or do I go up in weight?

Why did you bump this? All the info you need is either in the link arian gave you or in the stickies. If you're doing SL, just read the program and do it. There aren't any secrets to it.

I'll even save you some work:

    Writeup
    Calculator (online)
    Calculator (excel)

That's everything you could possibly need for the program.

EDIT: That's for madcow's 5x5. I believe the (for lack of a better word) "regular" SL program, you don't ramp up the weight, it's just 5x5 for the same weight.
