(HELP) timing and best form of cardio for BF loss and maximum muscle sparing.

first thing in the morning(with/without(fasted)) food, post weights, or separated out throughout the day.
Sitting around 10-11% bodyfat so trying to preserve as much muscle as i can while heading into the single digit BF levels.
Should i also be following a 500 calorie deficit? Currently at 160 pounds and ill go to a minimum of the 150-155 range just afraid of reaching anything beyond that range.
Also if you are going to take any stim supps (even coffee) try taking them when you are fasted. Be warned though if you have a sensitive stomach they make you feel not so great!
