Curl the dumbbell 500 times for every inch you wanna gain.

Trust me biceps isn't the most important thing, what about back, chest, legs? and you do know you have triceps on the arm too?

I just started working out in the middle of last December, and had to start with 5 lb dumbbells ( Weak, I know ).
For five days in a row every week, I go to the gym and curl until I max out.
A lot of guys like to do sets when doing this kind of work out, but I like to max out every time I do it.
After I max out, I like to wait for about 1 minute to catch my breath, then I'll max out again.

It's 2 months later, now I can dumbbell curl 30 lb, and making my way up.

Hope this works for you too. Good luck.

You should really be looking to start out with a plan if you're interested in starting to lift, you shouldn't be focusing on just one muscle group. Read the stickies to gain some insight first and then find a teen plan in the "Find a plan" section of Bodybuilding.com and go from there.

    Thumbs up

OP I heard that if you curl 10s in one hand while curling 5s in the other, the weight difference will force one inch of Bicep to form. Just switch the dumbbells for the another Bicep. You can repeat as much as you want, each set is another inch.
