July 4th Venice Physique Men's competition

Hello BB

I have deciding that I am going to compete in this years Venice Beach Competition Men's Physique Division. I'm 5'5" about 167~169lbs fluctuating. Currently at 14%-15% bf. My goal is to hit 5-6% for this show. I plan to put on some more mass on my chest since that is my weakest point of my physique and I'm going to hit it /w high frequency (3 times a week). My concern is this. Will I have enough time to cut down by July 4th? I plan to keep putting on more mass until the end of this month. After that I'm going to cut down my weight.
