    Scale Issue

I have an issue with scales , I'm using two salter scales to see which is best , their both digital, I am trying to get my weigt to a correct height to weight ratio for my power output, one scales says I'm at that point but the other scales is off by 4lbs, how can two scales be off by so much, and yes 4lbs makes a huge diff in my performance, any advice appreciated
