There's tons of crossfit routines on the internet. I did it for a few months and really enjoyed it- it gave me great results. But as I was training more and improving I realized that my form was slacking off because I was doing rounds for time. IMO, proper strength training is the best for your body and has less risks of injury. Everybody is different though

Ah, Crossfit, one of the top styles of training to get either overrated or overhated.

As sindibee said, there are many crossfit routines on the net, some better than others. At the nuts and bolts of things, crossfit is just cross-training -- strength training, anaerobic cardio, skills training, speed training and aerobic training, all held under one umbrella. Since this is nothing new, and crossfit isn't a specific program by any means, if you know how to string together a circuit, you can get all the benefits of crossfit (and if you know your own needs, as well as what's safe or dangerous for you, then you can tailor it to be suitable for your body).
    SQ 172.5kg. BP 105kg. DL 200kg. OHP 62.5kg @ 67.3kg

Greg Everett says: "You take someone who's totally sedentary and you can get 'em stronger by making them pick their nose vigorously for an hour a day."

    Um, Crossfit.com?

^^^ srs, that's the site. Google would have been easier than writing a post on here.

Crossfit is great if you already have good form on all of your lifts. I wouldn't recommend doing it until you have learned proper form on everything though, because otherwise you can injure yourself.
