    Need help

    I really need help with my bench max. I've done heavy weight with light reps, I've done high reps, I've done burnouts, I just can't get my max up. I've been benching 205 for about 3 months now. Any advice would be great

    Stats: 5'8", 155 lbs.

    make sure you're benching properly as well, most people have no idea what they're doing technique wise. first look at technique, then look at other things.

    this. I was a bb'er for about 8 years and turned to PL'ing. The first couple weeks I switched my elbows from "out" to "in" and my chest and tri's were killin me after bench. But only a couple weeks later my max was jumping up already.
