Problem with C4, have anyone had this before?

Ok so my problem is when I use C4 for energy, and I lift weight I get this little lights in from of my eyes like and they go around and I get short of breath a little bit but after when I put weights down I get back to normal, anyone knows what cause this?

My thoughts would be high blood pressure or breathing more while lifting.

Those actually sound more like symptoms of low blood pressure, but definitely seem like they stem from changes in your BP. Do other pwo's cause these symptoms or is the first time you have experience this?
