I'd say no. Most of the thermogenic fat burners you see advertised do little to help burn fat. Legitimate fat burners are DNP and EC stacks, but these are detrimental to your health and can cause damage if used incorrectly (I'm a teen lifter like you). If fat loss is your primary goal, I'd recommend either a calorie deficit of no more than 500 calories a day, with plenty of protein and fats. How many carbs you consume depends on your level of activity. I consume my days carbs around 2-3 hours before a workout, to saturate my muscles with glycogen and make my training session productive. Honestly, as a teen, your main focus should be building as much quality muscle mass as possible (given your health isn't greatly affected by your fat levels...if you are obese obviously this takes a front seat to muscle building).
