There are many types of cardio
    LISS MISS HIIT

Everyone is different but within this section everyone does a range of them

    Tips would be
Read stickys - all the info is there
    Read peoples logs
    Take it slow
Start with as high macros as you can
Slowly reduce macros and add in cardio

    Good luck

This is a very loaded question.

What cardio should you do? None if you can manipulate your diet enough so that fat loss occurs. At 17 I would not be shocked if fat loss was a result of a solid diet along with your current weight training program.

I would start with 1-2 HIIT cardio sessions a week while tracking your diet to the gram.
Don't back off the weights at all. Lift heavy and safe.

Losing fat while keeping muscle means having your body's functions running optimally which requires dedication.
